At HAUS LÉN, we want every customer to love their purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. This policy outlines how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for orders placed directly through Haus Len.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition.

• All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.

• Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

• Certain items may be final sale 

Return Process

• Contact us at info@hauslenstudio.co with:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you want to return

  • Reason for return

• Our team will review your request and provide instructions and a return shipping label if eligible.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days after inspection.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

• If the item is not returned in its original condition, a partial refund may be issued.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are available for items of equal value (subject to stock availability).

• If the desired item is not available, a refund or store credit will be offered.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• In eligible cases, HAUS LÉN will provide a prepaid label at no cost.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another when it ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping options include:

• Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

• Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Exact shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

International Shipping

• International shipping is available to select countries.

• Delivery times vary by location.

• Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by their country.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate. HAUS LÉN is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it:

• Check with neighbors or your building manager.

• Contact the carrier directly.

• Notify us at info@hauslenstudio.co so we can assist.

While we cannot guarantee replacement for lost or stolen packages, we will help facilitate a claim with the carrier.

Pre-Orders or Made-to-Order Items

• These items ship according to the timeline stated on the product page.

• Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship separately.
